By offering training and health care to local populations and medical assistance to people at highest risk, and with the flexibility to respond rapidly to emergency situations, International Medical Corps rehabilitates devastated health care systems and helps bring them back to self-reliance.JOB SUMMARY Services: The Second Party is obliged to perform the following services Services to the First Party according to a preset time line by the First Party, whereby it shall be considered as an annex of this agreement:Scope of Work:??Conduct field visits to national and international agencies providing MHPSS services and participating in the 4W exercise. The focus of the field visits will be to meet the staff and become familiar with the institutions? strengths and constraints;???Develop a data base to compile and store the 4W information;? Organize and coordinate meetings with participating organizations;??Prepare findings in slides and present them for the working group and help in data filling.??Deliver findings of analysis of the 4W exercise to participants, MHPSS sub-working group, and other relevant interagency working groups;??Submit a comprehensive final report.??Perform other duties as assigned by advisor.?Deliverables:? Detailed work plan??Contact sheet of participating agencies???Deliver final report.? Participation and presentation of findings to relevant interagency working groups ? At completion of project, provide IMC with training material and field notes.Compliance & Ethics?Promotes and encourages a culture of compliance and ethics throughout International Medical Corps. As applicable to the position, maintains a clear understanding of International Medical Corps? and donor compliance and ethics standards and adheres to those standards.?Conducts work with the highest level of integrity.
