Establish project plans : define project scope , allocate resources , 3rd parties management , materials tracking & warehousing management & monitor to all project activities .
Drive project execution : track project activities , monitor & handle changes , conflicts & escalations .
Handle customer & stakeholder engagement : ensure project progress and meetings .
Daily monitoring and reporting of the sites under preparation the customer and internally .
Ensure IT systems / tools / KPIs and SLAs are met .
Team performance & quality management : experience in process , methodology and efficiency improvement ( KPI , audits .. )
Understanding and maintaining efficient customer communication .
Management of a team of 20_50 people .
Responsible for the implementation of 5G for this project .
Monitor performance and manage subcontractors .
Take responsibility for the project delivery .
Provide completed documentation & provide a feedback on projects team members .
Ensure Project QHSE policies and procedures are implemented & supervise QHSE manager .
