Qualifications & Experiences::? Bachelor?s degree in electrical power engineering and registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers as an electrical engineer.? 5-15 years of experience in the unified contract with the Saudi Electricity Company? Has a Saudi driving license? Priority is for those who hold Saudi Electricity Company cards and courses.? PMP is a plus? Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.? Develop accurate cost estimates for each project, ensuring transparency and adherence to budgetary constraints.? Managing sites, including work orders, workers, and equipment.? Preparing productivity reports and work plans.? Monitor projects to ensure timely delivery within the specified budget.? Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and relevant government authorities.? Oversee and manage on-site engineering operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.? Communicate with the Saudi Electricity Company & receiving and delivering projects.

• Achieving project deadlines successfully and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers & contractors to ensure efficient and safe operation of all electrical equipment.

? Provide prompt response to any problem occur in construction & in testing- commissioning & resolve the issue as quickly as possible.? Develop, implement, construction & testing commissioning procedures, inspections, schedules, maintain logs and reports.? Prepare monthly stock report of all items on last month and day of each maintain the stock as per requirement.? Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks.

• Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, & materials, to ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule constraints.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, contractors, and vendors, to ensure alignment of expectations and timely resolution of issues.
• Deliver projects on time & within budget, showcasing exceptional project management skills.
• Maintain detailed reports and documentation for all projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.

? Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and budgets.? Ensure that all work meets quality standards and complies with relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices.? Prepare and review of the project cash flow plan.? Address issues and conflicts that arise during project execution promptly and effectively, seeking input from relevant stakeholders as needed.? Complete all necessary documentation, conduct project reviews, and ensure proper handover of deliverables to clients or end-users.

• Providing prompt response to any problem occurs in construction, in testing-commissioning & resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Develop, implement, construction and testing commissioning procedures, inspections-, schedules, maintain logs and reports.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually inspection of all installed system.
• Recommend quantities of various materials for actual consumption at site.
• Monitor and enforced safety procedures on-site, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct pre-operation tests to verify the quality and functionality of electrical installations, ensuring project deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Inspection of material delivered to site in order to ensure compliance with project specification.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and assess them against the project schedule.
• Ensure the availability of an adequate quantity of electrical material & reducing the wastage of material.
• Conduct safety toolbox lecture to enforce safety- regulations for individuals on the site.
• Raise inspection requests for work completed.
• Ensure work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed with procedures, and method statements.
• Implement strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
