Job Description

The position holder shall be able to develops and administers training programs for employees, assesses training and development needs for organization, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.ÿKey Responsibilities:Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with HR Manager and line managers.Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and moreParticipate in Kuwaitization efforts and provide training and focus to the Trainee staff and guide them to successfully complete the trainings plans.Provide feedback to the trainees and the concerned managers regarding the development of the employee.Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departmentsManage costs for all programs, productions, and publications to report to HR Manager regarding a return on investmentConduct effective induction and orientation sessions for National and ExpatsDraw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectationsMonitor and evaluate training program?s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on themManage training budget in consultation with HR Manager
