Design and Draft Out Instrument, Electrical and Process Control Deliverables (P&Id, Loop Drawings, Junction Box Drawings, Wiring and Schematic Diagrams, Instrument Specification Sheets, Layout Plans, Instrument Hook Ups, Bill of Materials, Logic Diagrams)Knowledge of all safety design processes including HAZAN, HAZOP, SIL (LOPA) Classification.Perform all assigned work to agreed Safety, Health & Environmental standards and demonstrate a commitment to attaining high levels of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) performance.Produce or review instrument location drawings based on the instrument database, EFDs and plant layout drawingsProduce or review and comment on drawings and ensure that the quality of design drawings produced for enquiry and fabrication purposes is of satisfactory standard and in accordance with the relevant Client specifications.Makes Necessary Calculations for Drawing Development.Capability to understand Project specific Drafting procedure complying to quality procedures of Client.Transform AUTOCAD drawings into 3D drawings.Experience in developing Cable routing layouts, Hook-up drawings, Instrument location layouts, Loop & Logic Diagrams, Control System Architecture, cable tray sizing etc.
