We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their training needs, and ensuring that they receive the necessary support throughout the training process. This role will involve both remote and on-site interactions, providing an excellent opportunity to work closely with clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to understand their training needs, offer suitable solutions, and provide information about available training programs.Follow-up: Consistently follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and confirm the completion of training programs or services.On-Site Support: Conduct site visits to the customer?s location or our training center to gather feedback through surveys from both students and customers, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the training.Administrative Support: Manage correspondence by efficiently handling emails, creating reports, and using Microsoft Office tools to maintain records, schedules, and documentation.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met, training schedules are aligned, and appropriate resources are available.Sales Reporting: Regularly update sales progress, customer feedback, and training outcomes to management to help guide future sales strategies.
