An exciting opportunity is available for a Specialist I, HR and will work with HR Team - Metallurgy SBU ATTM Company in YANBU .About the role:The Human Resources specialist is responsible for all related HR processes in the areas of employees' services, recruitment, and HR administration.you will be responsible to:? Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor law, GOSI, Qiwa, and other Government Agencies.? Development and implementations of HR policies and services.? Creation and review of Job descriptions.? Employees' files and documentations controlling and management.? Monitoring and managing the organization labor office and GOSI accounts.? Using SAP to enter and update employee data.? Track and update employees' vacations/holidays, shift schedules, overtime, etc.? Preparation and draft of all related HR and governmental letters.? Prepare and calculate employee's End of Service.About You:Minimum Qualification:Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Or Management Information Systems.Minimum Experience:1-3 Years Experience.Skills & Expertise:?
