* Manage the quality at precast factory, GRC factory ,Ready mix concrete plant, steel yard * Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, and equipment specifications. * Develops QA / QC standards and procedures for the precast factory in order to assure production / construction quality. * Creating QA / QC Plan, manage QA / QC Team to be responsible in implementing and * executing of the plan. * Monitor the quality, documentation of the process in accordance with contract specifications. * Direct supervision of the lab project and conduct all required test various activities (concrete work - GRC) to ASTM & PCI (flexural testing, calibration, prepare colour mix design) and concrete laboratory. * Conduct and follow up third party test laboratory. * Prepare the prequalification and submittal documents for multiple project * Develops inspection testing and evaluation
