Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for preparing accurate, competitive, compliant, and auditable cost estimates and tender pricing packages for EPC, oil & gas, power, and industrial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesReview tender documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, client instructions, contract conditions, and site requirements to develop a clear basis of estimate.Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and organize internal tender review meetings as required.Develop tender clarifications, assumptions, exclusions, qualifications, and commercial notes in coordination with proposal, engineering, procurement, legal, and operations teamsPrepare cost estimates, BOQs/MTOs, manpower histograms, equipment requirements, subcontract packages, temporary facilities, preliminaries, and risk allowances.Analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations technically and commercially, prepare comparison sheets, identify deviations, and recommend compliant and cost-effective options.Support value engineering, alternative solutions, constructability reviews, and cost optimizationMaintain an organized database of rates, supplier quotations, assumptions, and lessons learned for future tenders.Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications & Technical SkillsBachelor's degree in engineering6-8 years of experienceBOQ, MTO, tendering, rate build-up, procurement interfaces, subcontract evaluation, technical/commercial clarification, cost database management.Strong ability to work with multicultural teams, client representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.Experience with Aramco, SEC, EPC, oil & gas, power, industrial maintenance, construction, or shutdown tenders preferred.Strong Excel skills; knowledge of estimation software, and ERP systems is an advantage.
