Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new enterprise business opportunities across ICT solutions (ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Infrastructure, Managed Services).Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using SAP CRM, with accurate forecasting and reporting.Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and vendor teams ( to develop tailored customer proposals.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations in both English and Arabic.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity) to identify new opportunities.Prepare and submit tenders/proposals in coordination with the bids team.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience in Enterprise ICT / B2B technology sales.At least 2?3 years of local market experience in KSA.Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in an enterprise/B2B environment.Strong understanding of ICT products and solutions (hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity).Valid sales certification from at least one major technology vendor ? Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, Apple, Fortinet, SAP, or an equivalent recognized vendor certification.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Required Skills & AttributesNative Arabic speaker, with fluent English (spoken and written).Valid driving license in country of application ( KSA).Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.Familiarity with SAP CRM or similar CRM tools is an advantage.
