Job Description

mastara is the first and only online platform in Kuwait for fabric home textiles, window coverings and customized home products.We are a young and fast growing team currently looking to expand our CRM team who are responsible for handling customer calls, messages and following up with our clients.Essential qualifications we need from you:

  • FLUENT ARABIC is a must both written and spoken
  • Attention to detail
  • Great listening and conversational skills
  • Relationship building and management
  • Customer Service experience
  • Available for Immediate start
