Excellent knowledge of reservation software ticket issuance, reissue and refund in Galileo System. Amadeus and Sabre would be advantage

Well versed in various areas of travel international business?
Should have an IATA or GDS training certificate?
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
Support all travel activity in line with eligibility criteria of travelers ensuring time and cost effectiveness and compliance with company policy
Ensure all non-used tickets or hotels are reimbursed in timely manner
Build relationships internal and externally to benefit the business?
Develop networks within travel industry to ensure best prices are offered to company and service levels are mutually acceptable by external providers and company
Research all travel providers flights hotels etc. within all markets to ensure cost effective bookings for all company personnel address with concerned leadership non-compliant bookings
Suggest the Customer/general public in choosing their destination, transportation, and lodging, and inform travelers of passport and visa requirements, rates of currency exchange, and import duties
Furnish travelers with timetables and travel literature, compute fare costs and make reservations, and sell tours developed by the Company
Must enjoy working with people and must be able to establish effective relationships with their customers?even when those customers are particularly hard to please.
