  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (3 years).
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rigging Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in mechanical engineering. As a Rigging Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all rigging activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing a team of riggers to ensure efficient and effective operations.Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all rigging activities on site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Plan and schedule rigging operations to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rigging equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Provide training and guidance to rigging team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, including equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of rigging operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage rigging team performance and provide feedback and support as needed.
