  • Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures in collaboration with IPC offcer.
  • Coaching and developing employees (cleaners).
  • Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly.
  • Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement.
  • Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse.
  • Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
  • Ensure all necessary resources, materials and machines are checked for safety prior to use.
  • ?Make spot checks to ascertain correct PPE/ RPE is being worn and that the required safety/protective PPE is being used and record and report any infringements and/or breaches of health and safety.
  • ?Ensure staff retention by motivation and team building whilst ensuring team members meet their quality targets.
  • Ensure that operatives sign in/out in accordance with procedures.
  • Manage the site Health and Safety file to ensure it contains all the relevant documentation.
Minimum Requirements1.??Any Diploma Certificate2. 2 years of experience in a relevant field3. Supervisory experience is required
