Prepare The Shipping Documents To Custom Clearance Companies .
Coordinating With Customs Officers To Resolve The Issues Regarding Shipments .
Prepare Purchasing Orders On ERP System And Follow Up Until Receiving In Our Warehouses.
Coordinate The Coding For New Items.
Coordinate The Pricing Of New Received Items .
Prepare Monthly Reports (Purchasing , Pending Items , Stock , Sales).
Insured Letter Of Credits And Against Document Shipments With Insurance Companies
Distribute Containers To Different Warehouse Branches
Follow Up With Different Warehouses For Received Shipments .
Arrange The Offers For Sales Department ( Key Account , Wholesale , DS
