Job Description

  • Greeting clients entering the store and assisting clients in finding the product
  • Assisting clients with the fitting process for garments including short-listing desired pieces
  • Taking client body measurements for made-to-order pieces
  • Preparing invoices and maintaining the cash register and POS machine
  • Liaising with the centralized workshop at the end of each day to fulfill orders
  • Managing store inventory
  • Ensuring quality control before delivering the order to the client including steaming and folding
  • Arrange with shipping companies for shipping or receiving orders from HQ
