Roles & ResponsibilitiesWarehouse DutiesLead daily stock loading, unloading, receiving, and dispatch operations.Inspect incoming goods for damage and verify shipments against delivery notes.Maintain accurate inventory records using computer databases or ERP software.Administrative DutiesEnter data, draft basic business correspondence, and compile daily or weekly reports.Maintain filing systems for shipping documents, invoices, and staff logs.Teamwork & SafetyAssign and oversee daily tasks for warehouse helpers and support staff.Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and adherence to workplace safety protocols.Report accidents, stock shortages, or facility issues to management promptly.Desired Candidate ProfilePrior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role.Basic proficiency with computers, ERP/inventory software, and MS Office.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to lead and coordinate a small team.Good written communication skills for reports and correspondence.Physically able to assist with loading/unloading as needed.
