Roles & ResponsibilitiesEfficiently process customer transactions using the POS system, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods to ensure a seamless checkout experience.Engage customers warmly in Arabic, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all necessary supplies like bags and receipt paper are readily available to prevent delays.Assist customers with product inquiries at the counter, offering basic information or directing them to the appropriate sales associate for more complex needs.Desired Candidate ProfileHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred to ensure foundational literacy and numeracy skills.Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role, ideally within the retail sector, is highly valued.Proficiency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with a significant portion of our customer base.Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, are necessary for efficient transaction processing.
