BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPETo be responsible from inception to completion, to plan, schedule and co-ordinate engineering activities and give engineering support to other discipline projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE a. B.Sc. Engineering or equivalent b. Will be a Chartered Engineer or equivalent c. Will have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the design and construction of engineered projects and engineering in the Refining and Petrochemical Industry, five years (5) of which have been in a supervisory capacity. d. Will have sound theoretical and practical knowledge of engineering principles. A broad knowledge of recognized American and British design codes. e. Have a sound knowledge of contract law, procedure and preparation of contracts.
