1- Develop and maintain a master schedule for the entire project.2- Determine the essential milestones and take the necessary steps to meet them.3- Liaise with all project teams to ensure that overall project status is recorded appropriately and mitigating actions/recovery plans are prepared for any significant deviation from the plan.4- Assist Project Director/Manager/Team Leader in day-to-dayplanning and controlling of projects.5- Examine the Contractors project schedule and provide feedback.6- Check and certify execution paperwork and reports, as well as the work of the Contractor and Company Consultant.7- Ensure that activities are carried out in compliance with Company Quality procedures, HSE Codes and Standards, and industry standards.8- Follow the project calendar and Company Project Controls procedures when reporting to the Project Manager.9- Training and development of local engineers, as well as development programs to ensure that planning responsibilities can be taken over.
