Job Description

3) Accountabilities :o Define the product, service or family of product and services, based on input and parts, as well as routing and processes involved.o Create a state value stream map which includes all the value streams in the process.o Study the current state map based on all available data.o Create a long term ideal state map. This should include the product value streams as they would appear in the long term.o Optimize the state map with the use of lean techniques. This will point out possible waste, eliminate the identified waste sources, and create short and middle term state maps which improve on the process value.o Create an implementation plan to turn the current state map to the short term, mid-term and long term state map.o Lead the implementation plan and mobilize the stakeholders, including employees of the various departments, suppliers and customers. They should be appraised of the required changes as the plan is implemented.o Provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of the value stream. o Ensure that stakeholders meet the current production demands, at the same time the changes are improvements are also met.4) Qualifications :o Proven track record in manufacturing operation excellence programs (Food and beverage experience preferred).o Bachelor Degree in Engineering 5) Competencies :o Customer Service Excellence (Level 4) : Fully dedicated to resolve customer objections and maximize potential opportunities; Goes far and beyond to conduct customer need analysis and find alternatives which satisfy customers and brings them highest ROI's.o Results Orientation (Level 3) : Plans for and makes workplace improvement standards (e.g. costs, wastage, profits, service, competitor's behavior), applies learning from setbacks, feedback, experience to improve own performance and work methodologies, multi-Approach oriented while achieving better results and performance.o Analytical Thinking (Level 5) : Builds a Generic Approach while conducting Complex analysis, domino effect scenario analysis while assessing critical situations.
