Artificial Lift Systems is a product lines in the Baker Hughes portfolio, providing pumping systems to both the Oil and Gas and Geothermal market.Partner with the bestThe role is responsible for driving initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functionsYou will be responsible for:

  • Executing ESP wells Design and performance improvement
  • Executing project support/leadership within a particular technical area
  • Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent
  • Working together with people from the business unit
  • Planning inventory and management based on operation activity
  • Contacting are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Petroleum)
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in ESP application and Design
  • Have a Kuwait Society of Engineering Membership is a must
  • Have excellent communication skills.
