Roles & ResponsibilitiesAl Muharik Engineering is a fabrication, CNC machining and precision engineering company in Ajman serving industrial clients across the UAE. We are looking for a dependable supervisor ready to step up and run day-to-day operations. Duties: take customer enquiries through to delivery (review drawings, costing, quotations, customer follow-up); plan and supervise workshop work across fabrication, CNC and turning; check quality against drawings and tolerances before dispatch; buy materials and outsourced services and manage suppliers; coordinate delivery and keep customers informed; support invoicing and records in our accounting system (Zoho Books); lead and develop the workshop team with a focus on safety and discipline.Desired Candidate ProfileDiploma or engineering degree (mechanical, production or industrial). 5+ years in a UAE workshop or factory, with at least 2 years as supervisor or foreman. Able to read engineering drawings; CNC, fabrication or machining experience. Honest, stable and reliable, with a record of staying in jobs and growing. Based in the UAE with a transferable visa and able to commute to Ajman daily.
