Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform professional manicure and pedicure services according to salon standards.Clean, shape, trim, and polish fingernails and toenails.Apply nail polish, gel polish, nail treatments, and basic nail art as requested.Maintain high standards of hygiene by sterilizing tools and sanitizing workstations before and after each client.Assess clients' nail and skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products.Ensure clients are comfortable and provide excellent customer service throughout the appointment.Maintain adequate stock of nail care products and inform management when supplies need replenishing.Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.Stay updated on the latest nail care techniques, trends, and products.Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Follow salon policies, appointment schedules, and grooming standards.Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a high-quality salon experience.Desired Candidate ProfileProven experience as a Manicure & Pedicure Technician.Knowledge of nail care techniques, hygiene, and sanitation practices.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.Relevant beauty therapy or nail technician certification is an advantage.
