StorekeeperJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesJob Details :•Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing•Track orders and ensure timely delivery•Review quality of purchased products•Enter order details (e.g.vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases•Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices•Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses•Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed•Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom•Receive, unload, and shelve supplies•Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies•Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping•Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels•Coordinate the handling of freight and the movement of equipment•Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
