Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Control Plan (QCP), and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) in alignment with company policy and client requirements
Ensure that all activities conducted by the company and subcontractors comply with approved drawings, specifications, UAE construction codes, and international standards
Conduct internal audits to verify compliance and promote continuous improvement
Review subcontractor quality documentation and provide technical feedback
Support project staff in understanding and implementing QA/QC procedures
