Supervise warehouse staff and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials.

Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping for all material movements in ERP or manual systems.

Verify incoming materials against delivery notes, purchase orders, and quality standards.

Maintain proper identification, labeling, and segregation of materials, including hazardous and non-hazardous items.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse manager or procurement team for replenishment.

Plan and control warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and safe material handling.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures.

Conduct routine physical inventory checks and assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliation.

Supervise loading/unloading operations and ensure use of appropriate lifting and handling equipment.

Train and guide storekeepers, forklift operators, and helpers in proper warehousing and safety practices.

Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports on material transactions and stock status.

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and maintenance departments for timely material delivery to project sites.
