Assures consistent quality of services provided by the Department, ensure effectiveness and efficiency of procedures controls through validating processes performance dashboards & internal auditing, also developing a new policies and procedures.1. Develop cross functional policies, processes, procedures and guidelines.2. Conduct a full awareness sessions to all stakeholders on the newly developed policies and processes3. Define & agree with all stakeholders on the required SLAs & KPIs for the processes.4. Identifying the process gaps required for improvement of the process performance.5. Monitoring and appraise the performance of the quality management system across Department.6. Perform audit procedure to verify the quality management system procedures are implemented without any deviation7. Leading improvement project to enhance the overall performance of the organization8. Monitor and report the progress of the improvement projects implementation9. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data & proposing solutions10. Assesses quality performance using statistical and analytical methods11. Creates a library of lesson learned from improvement projects and facilitating access to information by various improvement teams12. Analyze QMS Internal audits results and propose improvement projects accordinglyAt least 3 or more year of experience in related field (i.e. Quality management, Performance Management, Internal Auditing, Operational Governance)
