? Responsibilities include business development and regional sales and marketing activities, solution recommendations, strategic planning as well as implementation of overall business strategies and marketing campaigns.? Responsibilities include brand building for as new business vertical, creating the AOP plan that will ensure achieving the targeted objectives as quantitative and qualitative brand equity enhancement, develop and present adhoc reports at quarterly/ annual staff meetings.? Ensure consistency in communication through the marketing mix, advertising and PR.? Prepare and maintain project proposals based on annual planning schedules including background, budgeting and timelines. ? Lead integrated marketing initiatives combining integrated campaigns inclusive of radio, newspaper print, TV, outdoor and online advertising aimed at spreading brand awareness and attracting prospects in specific target markets.? Develop guidelines to ensure consistency in communication.? Organize and co-ordinate events including sponsorships, independent events, and scientific meetings.? Prepare and present ongoing status reports and complete post campaign analysis including recommendations for future campaigns to help attain a greater ROI? Manage public relations and advertising agencies ? Market the profile of the clinics as well as profiles of each individual doctor by increasing PR related write ups and media presence.? Oversee digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, retargeting, and email and direct social media content development and campaign execution? Agency management including the development of project briefs, signing off creative work and ensuring the work is delivered on time. ? Manage processes for CSR related activities? All other duties as assigned by the CEO.
