? Develops project objectives by reviewing technical requirements (e.g. technical and commercial project proposals; customer statements of work) conferring with senior management? Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and staffing and resource requirements and costs. Ensures projects meet schedule commitments, cost results, and technical expectations through effective technical project leadership.? Communicates and coordinates directly with other senior representatives (e.g. suppliers, customers, government) to reach agreement on specific issues. Maintains frequent formal and informal customer interface to present project status.? Evaluates project specifications/proposals? Controls the project plan by reviewing any changes in technical requirements or specifications and recommending actions to achieve milestones. Keeps project(s) on schedule and within budget. Controls project costs by reviewing non-recurring costs, monitoring and approving quotes and expenditures; may administer and have oversight for outsourced contractor contracts. ? Ensures consistent engineering standards, processes, and documentation methods are used in project deliverable. Establishes and maintains engineering history files, project files, and related information to provide an archive of technical project activities. ? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications, benchmarking best practices, and/or participating in professional associations.? Acts as a consultant to management on technical and project-related matters. ? Civil Construction with pre-cast, GRC/GRP/GRG/Marble/Granite/Fa?ade installation? Manage labor force of 100+ workmen? AutoCAD with MS Office is must and MS Project /Primavera will be an added advantage.
