Officer - Corporate BankingJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesJob Details :•Excellent MS Office skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.•Secretarial courses or diploma preferred.•Banking Diploma preferred•At least 2-3 years’ experience in a secretarial/ administrative assistant/ coordinator position.Key Accountabilities :•Manage calendars of the Segment Head/Unit head•Typing memos, letters, CA’s as and when required.•Assist in making presentations for the department.•Maintain minutes of meeting (if any), circulate to the members and follow up on action items.•Travel and hotel booking for corporate banking team•Customer / internal events (Dinners, conferences etc.) within the defined guidelines.•Delivery of gifts and cards for customer occasions•Making reservation is hotel for the team and clients•Preparation of various MIS required by the business unit
