HSE EngineerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Develop, implement, and audit project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, PTW, and toolbox talks•Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions•Ensure compliance with OSHA/NEBOSH, Abu Dhabi/QCC/DoT standards, and company policies•Conduct site inspections, HIRA/JSA, and emergency drills•Interface with clients/consultants and prepare HSE reports and dashboardsRequired Qualifications :•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline•NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent) with 7–10+ years in road & infrastructure projects•Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, environmental controls, and traffic management safetyPreferred Skills :•ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation exposure•Excellent stakeholder management and report writing•Arabic language skills are a plus
