Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionWe are seeking a technically competent, proactive, and experienced Site Engineer / Civil Site Engineer / Structural Steel Site Engineer to join our construction and engineering team in the UAE.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, structural steel erection, construction supervision, project coordination, and site engineering activities.Candidates with experience in structural steel construction, industrial buildings, warehouses, steel fabrication, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), and related construction projects will be given preference. Professionals with relevant experience in civil construction, building construction, and industrial engineering projects are also encouraged to apply.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating manpower and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications,Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 4 years of relevant UAE construction or site engineering experience preferred.Practical experience in site execution, construction supervision, structural steel erection, or civil construction projects.Strong understanding of construction drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.Experience coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams.Knowledge of WIR, MIR, DPR, method statements, ITP, site inspections, and construction documentation.Ability to manage site manpower, materials, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.Familiarity with steel fabrication, erection procedures, bolting, welding, and installation sequences will be an advantage.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction reporting tools.Strong communication, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, manage site priorities, and achieve project deadlines.Candidates with exposure to any of the following projects will be considered:Structural Steel Construction and Steel ErectionIndustrial Warehouses and Factory BuildingsPre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)Commercial and Industrial Building ConstructionSteel Mezzanines and Multi-Storey Steel StructuresStructural Steel Platforms and Access StructuresSteel Staircases, Handrails, Canopies, and Parking Sheds, Tents, Civil and Structural Construction Works, Civil candidates also can apply if you are able to understand the drawings and execute.Steel Fabrication and Installation ProjectsMain Contractor and Subcontractor Construction ProjectsCandidates currently available in the UAE.UAE construction industry experience preferred.Strong site execution and project coordination background.Immediate joiners will be given preference.Candidates with experience in structural steel projects will have an added advantage.Main Contractor and Subcontractor Construction ProjectsPreferred Candidate ProfileCandidates currently available in the UAE.UAE construction industry experience preferred.Strong site execution and project coordination background.Immediate joiners will be given preference.Candidates with experience in structural steel projects will have an added advantage.
