this position has primary responsibility for all SAP applications in terms of support operations and new projects.Responsibilities:

Business process engineering, enhancement, and implementation.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards (SoPs, Manuals, SoWs, BBP, SolMan, ..).
Up-to-date documentation is a must.
Owns application maintenance and support.
Ensures the operability and effectiveness of the core business processes.
Continuously enhance and automate business processes.
Set the team?s objectives and develop the team members.
Maintain staff by orienting, hiring, and training the right calibers, developing personal growth opportunities.
Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Evaluate the team?s performance based on the KPIs.
Define the new project?s work scope, SoW?s, project plans, etc.
Manage new projects and allocate the needed resources.
Managing SAP support operation and team (FICO, MM, SD, PM, BOBJ, BW, SFA, ?etc.)
Ensures an effective working model with colleagues, vendors, as well as with SAP.
