Diploma or higher qualification in instrumentation or metering control or equivalentMinimum Work experience of 5 years? involvement in process metering, instrumentation calibration, operation, and maintenance.? Calibrates, tests, troubleshoots and repairs various devices and control loops(pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic analog and digital devices found in the oil & gasindustry)? Ensure correct operation, maintenance and functionality of the Oil LACT unit? Ensure correct operation, maintenance and functionality of the Gas LACT unit? Ensure correct operation, maintenance and functionality of the Water Metering unit? Ensure correct operation, maintenance and functionality of the Well Test Units ( 3-Phase Separator , MPFMs, Mobile Separator )? Maintain all documents, calibration and maintenance sheet in the share drive in awell-structured manner? Work with the team to execute daily activities as per planned activities, scopeincludes:? Report the daily work and issues on daily and weekly basis? Attend the daily work including calibration, troubleshooting, corrective work andPM work for:? Coriolis Flow Meter? Ultrasonic Flow Meters? Electromagnetic flow meters? Turbine Meters? DP Orifice Meters? Vortex Flow Meters? Mutil-Phase Flow Meters (MPFMs)? Density Meters? Gas Chromatograph GC Analyser? Dew Point Analyser? RVP Analyser? BS&W Water Cut Analyser? Pressure Transmitters and Gauges? Temperature Transmitters and Gauges? Level Transmitters and Gauges? Attending daily activities; CM and PM checks, Alarm & Trip verifications, Fieldcalibration and servicing of Control valves, check and servicing of fire & gas system,Checking ESD loops as per procedure.? Modification of impulse tubing and fittings for Pressure gauges, transmitters and otherrelated field instrument and replacement for any leaks.? Participate in Commissioning, calibration, modification, maintenance, repair ofinstrument assets within Client?s field.? Should be knowledgeable of process and control systems equipped with DCS, PLC andSmart devices.? Carry out regular safeguarding and plant isolation tests on oil Gathering and Productionstation. This involves simulation of Fire and Gas system equipped with, Triconex andHoneywell FSC PLC based safeguarding system.
