Employment: Full Time Senior Accountant up to 3.9k Usd for an E-Commerce (Fashion) Company in Muscat, OmanWill act as a Head of Finance Operations for a medium-sized start-up companyPrepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standardsAnalyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide adviceVerifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivableProducing error-free accounting reports and present their resultsProvide input into the departments goal-setting processPrepare financial statements and produce budget according to scheduleAllocate resources and manage cash flowsDevelop secure procedures to maintain confidential informationEnsure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations REQUIREMENTS: Masters Degree in Commerce or CA Inter qualificationAt least 10 years of total experience in the finance departmentRelevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be an advantageHands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.,Experience from the e-commerce industry is an advantage but NOT mandatoryCapable and experience in handling a team under the finance departmentExperience from a start-up company would be highly preferableMust be able to work independentlyExpert in time management, multi-tasking, and reportsStability and maturity to take the role is importantStrong communication and business application skillsAnalytical and a problem solver
