Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent with the business and user needs and requirements.
??Analyze specific business areas and participate in the definition, development and implementation of projects to meet current and long-range IT plans that span multiple departments.
??Analyze and translate business requirements into technical requirements, in line with company Policies and Procedures.
Formulates and defines web development objectives, based on user needs and understanding of business processes.
?Ensures the completeness of technical requirements and functional architecture analysis for the design and implementation of web business solutions.
Ensure to highlight any gaps identified during analysis and inform Management of the same.
Interact closely with internal departments to identify and understand the bridge gaps between business needs and critical applications functionalities; define problems; identify requirements and create solutions to meet business needs in collaboration with respective Managers.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and practices while taking into account best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
Maintain a solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
