Proficiency in C#, and Visual Basic Experience using .NET and .NET core. Experience Blazor Webassebly, Blazor Server, javascript, and bootstrap 4+. Writing tests with NUnit. Proficient knowledge in MSSQL, and Oracle. Experience with code-first ORMs including Entity Framework. Understanding of scaling with stateless techniques. Experience with hosting in Azure and AWS. Experience in using Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting. Experience in Java, Spring Boot, JDBC, and JVM. LDAP for AD Login Windows Presentation Foundation SQL Server Integration Service SMTP for email serviceRequired Skillset: HTML CSS Bootstrap JavaScript jQuery AJAX C# .NET Framework .NET Core Database (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle) Blazor Entity FrameworkBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Call center methods and underlying concepts
  • A range of (3-5) product domains or customer specialties
  • Applies knowledge of broad call center policies and operations
  • Demonstrates project coordination and leadership skills
  • May require skills to supervise a small team
