Perform daily rounds, update progress notes, and ensure timely and complete documentation in Medical Records and dictates and writes discharge summaries.Assists and Conducts Out-patient Clinic(s) and admits patients under the consultant concerned and follows Departmental Policies.To assess the patients prior to Anaesthesia and Surgery either in patients (admitted) or patient coming to the Anaesthesia clinic, and report to the Consultants.Perform other functions and activities that are applicable to his/her Department.
