Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our private medical practice in Kuwait. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients of all ages. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries, as well as provide preventive care and health education to promote overall wellness.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments of patients.
  • Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and injuries.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, X-rays, and EKGs.
  • Provide preventive care, including vaccinations, health screenings, and counseling.
  • Manage and coordinate the care of patients with multiple health conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as specialists, nurses, and pharmacists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Stay current with advancements in medical knowledge and technology through continuing education and professional development.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, and maintain patient confidentiality.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Valid license to practice medicine in Kuwait.
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and compassion for patients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
