Job Description

Job Summary??? The successful candidate will report to the Head of the Legal department and provide in-house legal services on all matters pertaining to the company and its operations to ensure its business in conducted in full compliance with all applicable laws and signed agreements and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.Executive & Technical Duties

  • Provide proactive in-depth legal, business-focused advice, as well as implement initiatives and processes in order to establish standards and streamline procedures throughout the business.
  • Implement the strategy and goals as set by the head of the legal Department in alignment with the company goals.
  • Provide periodic revision of the companys internal regulations and bylaws to ensure compliance with applicable legislations and any amendments thereof.
  • Prepare, review and amend as appropriate different types of agreements and contracts related to the business.
  • Interact with external lawyers within the guidelines of the Department and seek their opinion on complex issues of pending or critical legal matters.
  • Assist the business in mitigating legal risk as well as help implement corporate governance strategies.
  • Work cross functionally with all the departments to provide legal advice and awareness through direct consultation and when necessary through training.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as directed by the head of the legal Department.
