Job Description

Job Discerption’ ’The successful candidate willreport to the Legal Affairs Director and will be required to draft, review, negotiate and advice on different agreements and documents mainly related to construction projects, sales contracts, procurement, and different energy utilities transactions. He will also be involved in legal drafting and advising on different corporate documents and transactions including establishment and acquisition (purchase and sale of companies) and their shares. He may be required also to manage a team of junior legal counsels.’Main Duties ’

  • Draft, review, advice on and negotiate legal agreements, letters, undertakings, notices, and other legal documents related to Companys transactions and operations.
  • Follow up on all legal matters related to Companys transactions including projects and follow-up on the companys corporate requirements.
  • Advice on, draft and review documents related to interaction between the Company and the different governmental entities.
  • Research and advice on Jordanian law.
  • Prepare and draft legal opinions.
  • Assist in developing, drafting, and modifying policies and corporate documents.
  • Provide legal support and advice to the Companys subsidiaries.
