We are currently looking for an experienced inside sales engineer based in Saudi Arabia supporting business across Saudi Arabia. Provide the frontline communication for customers into the organization. Ensure quotes are completed accurately and quickly for customers and engage in the order process to enable fast and accurate order delivery. As Inside Sales engineer, you will be reporting to the Inside Sales Customer Care Manager to collaborate with key stakeholders to respond effectively to leads and quote requests. Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:Provide Pre-sales knowledge and expertise to customers to help guide their decision making process Provide proactive follow up communication to customers on both the quote and order process Manage all activities on customer digital portals for updates from quote to order cycle for on-time submission of quotes & order processing Assist with quote accuracy and ensure timely submission of quotes as per defined gold standards Assist with order accuracy and ensure that orders are processed in a timely fashion with all relevant information, will be responsible for meeting quote and order KPIs as defined by ISE Manager Work closely with customer care team at headquarters, back office and create a smooth and seamless transition from and back to the customer Be a team player and assist others as needed Work closely with sales or LBP team to provide a strong communication channel to customers based in Saudi Arabia Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives with regards to the quote & order cycle process What do I need to be considered for this role
