  • Responsible for fast production through various machines and processes and creating packaging for different items
  • Handle large volume of orders for mixtures, formulas, sweets, baking supplies, etc while maintaining HACCP standards
  • Pack shipments to distribute to customers and prepare them to be hauled away
  • Able to train new joiner on Dough kneading and?preparing products for shipment in order to comply with regulations
  • Hand crafting and stone baking of traditional Maltese type bread?
