Develop ERC?s corporate information and communication technology strategy and systems to in accordance with ERC strategic objectives.Communicate ICT strategy for ICT development with Executive team and ICT Team.?? Define and develop the long and short-term information and communication plans in line with overall ICT strategy.?? Oversee the implementation of the annual ICT plans and ensure effective and efficient implementation.?? Develop applications for ERC stakeholders to enhance work process.Ensure ICT infrastructure and systems optimization to meet the needs of business users while providing capability for future growth.Manage maintenance operations and ensure that maintenance and updates are done in a timely manner ensuring that ICT operations are functional and working based on best practices.Manage the development of security policies and systems for ICT activities ensuring proper implementation.Manage the regular review and audit of all types of ICT Security systems, processes and maintenance of such systems and the security of information.?? Ensure proper implementation of the ERP system and oversee the training of front and back end users.?? Ensure continuous update and improvement of the ERP system and proper utilization of the data.Manage the development of disaster recovery policies, procedures and systems for ERC?s activities and ensure proper implementation by ICT team members.Manage the regular review and audit of all disaster recovery processes and maintenance of such systemsReview the ICT teams regular testing of the disaster recovery processesManage the process of corporate ICT support and help-desk activities and manage the establishment of suitable SLAs and measurable KPIs.Review the SLAs with the ICT team and continually try to improve these by reducing the SLA times while improving the KPI results.
