Will be responsible for Achieve and ensure monthly targets, follow and check all stock levels and prepare all monthly reports and documents of all sales statements and claimsManaging sales distribution & main & sub-vendors.Meet monthly targets with widespread distribution.Achieve the required number of sales calls as defined by SOP & sales Head.Check, visit display outlets of the Market under coverage.Increase the standards of display and merchandising.Make frequent visits and attention to customer complaints and reports them.Ensure service levels of stock credit frequency & collection.Stock Management experience & Ensure the infrastructure of the stock - unit, quality of sales-men.Analyze stock on months activities & sales target each month.Ensure cheque encashment.Follow stock receipt from transporters.Take corrective action on cheque bouncing cases.Prepare statements & monthly reports.Report damages and shortages claim to Sales Manager.Ensure delivery of reports as per timeline set by management for Incentive calculation.Coordinate with Support Staff for Sales Booking & dispatches.
