Ensure availability and adherence to wear proper PPE such as masks, safety glasses, ear muffs, safety helmets, etc Ensures appropriate raw materials have been loaded into the correct Raw material silos.
Attend Daily Tool box meeting about Industrial/work safety
Stop all unsafe work practices
Follow daily check list of pay loader and report any Anomalies
Maintaining 5S standard in the work area.
Participate in the Area Improvement Team.
Identifying and Reporting of Near miss/Unsafe act/Unsafe condition.
Follow all the Required work instructions and Safety procedures during working
Identifying and Reporting any Anomalies in the batch house
Maintaining the all-Raw material Silo Level as per instructions
Operate, manage, and maintain pay loader and mobile equipment taking into consideration the overall safety regulations inside the Plant.
Assist in implementing preventive and routine maintenance activities as supervised by the Automotive Technician(s) in order to meet operational requirements of Batch House
Ensure that the speed limit prescribed for the equipment is adhered to at all times.
Ensure proper shift handover
Perform other tasks directed by immediate superior or management.
