The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for managing and driving the full sales cycle, including client meetings and prospecting, inquiry generation, objection handling, and negotiations.Key objective includes receiving and efficiently managing inquiries related to projects, services, and spare parts. A primary focus of the role is actively participating in and representing the company at Job Explanation Meetings and Bid Opening Meetings with clients and suppliers. Other Key Objectives include:- Proactively handling inquiries by coordinating with suppliers and negotiating competitive prices and delivery terms.- Preparing comprehensive tenders and commercial offers, performing accurate cost calculations, and securing the necessary internal approvals.- Ensuring the timely submission of high-value offers directly to clients? offices and processing low-value offers accordingly.- Maintaining consistent follow-up with customers to ensure successful order conversion.- Managing and resolving discrepancy issues in a timely and professional manner.- Maintaining well-structured and organized project documentation, files and records.- Monitoring and following up on all invoices to ensure proper processing and timely payment.SkillsIdentifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities.Preparation of Bids and Tenders for Spares and Project Services.Attending tenders job explanation meetings / site survey along with technical team.Sales Coordination for spare parts and service projects. Visiting Customer on regular basis for improvement of business and close coordination.Handling manpower service projects for GT/CC Plants from execution until invoicing to client.Liaison with customer and higher management, Update Sales Activities on daily basis.Sales coordination for Yanbu Workshop, submitting initial inspection reports, final inspection. Reports, weekly status report to customer.Preparing YWS all invoices and follow-up until payments release.Submission of pre-qualification online on customer Bidder Portal.Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
