Operate N2 back-up system and H2 generating system and auxiliaries such as electrolyze unit, hydrogen and oxygen separator, hydrogen purification units, RO plant and auxiliaries, H2 compressor, H2 tanks in order to supply hydrogen and nitrogen gas to production line at the time, quantity and quality at optimum costs.
Operate SNG Back-Up System and LDO Back-Up System and auxiliaries such as LPG vapor compressor, LPG liquid pump vaporizer, LPG & Air Blender, air compressor, LPG tanks, LDO pumps, LDO tanks to supply SNG/LDO to furnace at the right time, quantity, and quality at optimum costs.
Monitor and maintain log or record for the systems parameters such as pressure, temperature, volume, wobble index, daily consumption, system flow rate, etc. and do the necessary adjustment and actions to ensure the system is within the set standard parameter in order to have a reliable supply.
Tend hydrogen and oxygen separator and monitor electrolyte to maintain at operating levels.
Read gauges to check levels of water, liquid nitrogen, and hydrogen pressure, nitrogen pressure, compressor pressure, dematerialized water tank level to maintain at the required pressure and quantity.
Clean and change filters of air and electrolyte filter.
Optimize the usage of all utilities ensuring that cost, availability were being monitored and controlled.
Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Team Leader - Utility from time to time.
Inspect, control, and maintain process parameters according to standards set.
Refill liquid nitrogen at the N2 back-up system tanks.
Identifying and Reporting of Near miss/Unsafe act/Unsafe condition and reporting.
Responsible for proper handover to his reliever.
Perform other tasks directed by immediate superior or management.
