Job Description

  • Execute training plan and schedule based on budget
  • Make development initiatives (calendar, engagement activities, presentation, etc.)
  • To be involve and work in Education and Training pillar activities
  • Implement and coordinate existing succession planning program for Management employees for the entire company
  • Conduct employee induction program and monitor new employee, transfer, promoted employee trainings
  • Update company policies and procedures as needed
  • Update the job descriptions for the whole company as needed
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training
  • Prepare, implement and monitor employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist in implementing performance management system of the company
  • Monitoring/Reporting of departmental/employee Key Performance indicators (KPI?s)
  • Prepare monthly training reports for Human Resources department
  • Perform other tasks directed by immediate superior or management.
